Bought some Mdr1000x headphones from Nottingham HiFi at a great price. Had a slight niggle with them regarding a sound issue. They contacted me immediately (Email from Anthony) and were able to advise me with the action to take to rectify the situation myself. This was to do with repeating the Noise cancel calibration procedure a few times which did the trick. Was also assured of getting either a full refund or repair according to my preference if needed. Obviously have kept them and haven't looked back once. Thanks Nottingham HiFi, great service. Would definitely buy from you again.
