1  How can I pay?

3  What charge is there for delivery?

4  I live outside of the U.K. Can I place an order?
Currently we are unable to process orders from outside the U.K.
5  Do I get a VAT receipt with my order?
We send out an email when your goods are dispatched, this includes a full VAT receipt as a PDF.
6  What if my product is faulty?
If your product is not working as it should, please contact us on 0115 9786919 and to discuss a repair or replacement. We check all items prior to an exchange or repair.
7  What if I wish to return my on-line purchase?
If you are a consumer, you have a right to return products for any reason at all, provided that you notify us that you are going to do so within 14 working days of receiving the products. Please see here for full details
8  What is an 'Original Price'?
Original Price is calculated based on price information from manufacturer’s suggested retail prices, combination of magazine reviews and/or other high street stores.
In all cases where there is a discount shown, the Original Price will have been applied in in-store or online for 28 consecutive days, within the last six months.
9  Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on the site are including V.A.T.
10  Do you offer a VAT-Free service to exempt territories?
Not at this time.
