Terms & Conditions for 100-day Money Back Guarantee (MBG) return

Terms & Conditions for end users

You can now try Sonos for up to 100 days! Naturally we hope you are happy with your new Sonos product, but if you are not, you can return it and get your money back.  All Sonos products are included in this promotion and you are free to return any Sonos product, provided that:

  • You purchased the product between 15/05/2017 – 28/6/2017.
  • You purchased the Sonos product as an end user, with an authorized Sonos dealer that is participating in the 100 Money Back Guarantee promotion.
  • You inform the Sonos dealer where you purchased the product that you wish to return it no later than 100 days from the original day of purchase. If you’ve purchased online the 100 days start to count from the moment the product was shipped to you. You either bring it back to the store or ship it back to the dealer, in accordance with the dealer’s return policy.
  • When returning the product, you submit the purchase receipt or shipping confirmation email, as evidence of the date of purchase/shipping. You may be requested to fill in a return form, indicating the products and the reason for return.
  • All products are returned in their original Sonos packaging. All contents (brochures and wires) need to be included.
  • The products and packaging are not damaged, other than normal wear and tear. If you return a product because of a defect, you may qualify for a warranty claim. See http://www.sonos.com/legal/terms#warranty for the conditions of our Sonos Warranty.
  • The Sonos dealer will refund the purchase price for the products to you in accordance with its normal reimbursement procedure. If you return the product to the physical store of your dealer, you will normally be paid immediately on the spot. However, a dealer may apply a specific reimbursement process.
  • Original and return shipping costs or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless the dealer explicitly expressed that these costs are refunded by the dealer.
  • It is not possible to return the product under this money back guarantee to a dealer that is not your original point of purchase.
  • It is not possible to return the product directly to Sonos, unless you have purchased the product at www.sonos.com. If you have purchased your Sonos products from Sonos.com see http://www.sonos.com/en/legal/terms#return_policy for the return policy.
